Easterseals Massachusetts is excited to bring services back to Bridgewater, Massachusetts!
The Bridge Center has nearly a 60-year history of providing day camp, horseback riding, adaptive swimming, and a variety of accessible recreational opportunities for community members with disabilities and their families.
In 2020, The Bridge Center was permanently closed due to the impact of COVID-19. After 2 years of not being used, mother nature has taken a toll on the property. Fortunately, the various buildings and structures remain in good shape despite some damage. Our first order of business is to clean up the grounds to enable staff to work there, and then immediately jump into our next phase of bringing programs back to The Bridge Center!
A FUN FACT: Easterseals Massachusetts sent children to The Bridge Center’s summer camp in previous years!
There will be plenty of opportunities for volunteers and for our existing programs and staff to expand. Truly, all the opportunities to expand our mission are very exciting.
We are confident that The Bridge Center is going to be a place that we will look at with pride in the very near future. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn for progress and hiring opportunities.
