Animal Caretakers programs teach how to care for barn animals and to maintain their enclosures. Participants join peers and engage in weekly group-oriented tasks such as feeding the animals, doing wellness checks, raking paddocks, and measuring feed.


Adult Animal Caretakers

Spring I: Currently in session through May 2, 2024.
  • Rolling admission
  • Thursdays and Fridays from 12:00-1:00 p.m.
  • $30 per session
Spring II: May 9, through June 27, 2024.
  • Thursdays from 12:00-1:00 p.m.
  • Fridays from 12:00-1:00 p.m.
  • $240 for 8-week term ($30 per session)
Summer: July 11, through August 30, 2024.

New! Children's Animal Caretakers

This is currently an ongoing program.
  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings 8:30-9:30 a.m.
  • Wednesdays 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
  • Ages 5 and up
  • $35 per visit
