Apply to Become a Member of the Easterseals Southern California Behavioral Provider Network
Deadline for Proposals is Monday, November 7th

Easterseals Southern California (ESSC) seeks proposals from agencies interested in joining the Behavioral Provider Network, which provides Applied Behavior Analysis for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities in the following counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Kern, Imperial and Ventura.
Providers may submit a proposal during this initial phase for consideration. Deadline for proposals is Monday, November 7, via electronic submissions only to networkproviderinfo@essc.org.
Proposals for the Intial Phase shall be referred. If selected, the provider will be invited to advance to the second phase of selection at which time a full Request for Proposal shall be submitted.
