Sensory-Friendly Family Night at the Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site

Explore, discover, and experience hands-on activities that both children and adults will enjoy at this FREE family-friendly event. This event is designed to allow families with children with autism and other disabilities to experience activities in a secure environment.

Families will be able to explore the museum, theater, and home of Ulysses S. Grant, as well as participate in hands-on activities, both indoors and out.

We will be joined by Different Dynamics and Second Hen'd for additional enrichment and activities. Different Dynamics will be provide their much-loved interactive, hands-on music and movement activities. Second Hen'd will be present with their feathered friends to showcase the therapeutic benefits associated with keeping chickens as pets.

Registration:
This event is free, but registration is required. Registration will open April 15.

Parking:
Lot directly in front of museum.

Event Entrance:
Through museum entrance doors, in front of the parking lot.
