Respite services offer a wide selection of activities in structured settings to accomodate varying needs and interests in both individual and group settings. This service may be offered in home, community, or clinic setting.
Social Skills Groups
Offered in St. Louis, Southeast, Southwest, and Columbia regions.
Activity-based groups are offered in a supportive environment to improve social skills while developing friendships with other participants. These groups are offered in the clinic or community setting and may involve activities such as bowling, holiday parties, attending events, dining out, and more.
Social Skills Training: PEERS
Offered in St. Louis, Kansas City, Southeast, Southwest, and Central regions.
PEERS is an evidence-based program that stresses the importance of developing and maintaining friendships for individuals with autism. Three groups are offered, based on age:
- Children's Friendship Training: School-aged children
- PEERS for Teens
- PEERS for Young Adults

Our Group Respite program is based in St. Louis, Missouri. However, individual respite and other social groups may be found throughout the regions we serve:

• Northwest Missouri
• Southeast Missouri
• Central Missouri
• Southwest Missouri
