St. Louis County, St. Louis City, and East St. Louis District 189

Below is information about free lunches for kids while they are out of school—districts are listed in alphabetical order (this is for STL County, STL City and East St Louis District 189).

Please read through carefully, as many schools have set rules and guidelines for these programs.

At the bottom is a list of several non-school locations/businesses that are providing free meals, as well.

School Districts:

Affton: free lunch; Monday-Friday; 11:30AM-12:30PM at Affton High School. Children must be present to pick up a meal.

Bayless: Free meals to those in need; asking that this form be completed.

Clayton: Providing physical and emotional support to all of their students and families (including meals); asking families to complete this form.

Ferguson/Florissant: Buses will be delivering free breakfasts and lunches March 30 – April 3; Click here for locations and times. Free meals are being distributed from Cross keys, McCluer North, and the STEAM Academy at MSB from 8:30AM-9:30AM (breakfast) and 11:30AM-12PM (lunch). Distribution sites are for pick-up only. These services are for any child (not just those who attend Ferguson/Florissant schools).

Hancock Place: Free breakfast and lunch; Monday-Friday from 11AM-12PM; Hancock Place Middle, Hancock Place Central office, Lemay Schnucks, Cusanelli’s, and Sam’s Convenience Market.

Hazelwood: Delivering free breakfast and lunch; March 31, April 1-3; Click here for the delivery schedule. Children can pick up breakfast and lunch at ANY of the stops. Buses will remain at each stop for 10 minutes.

Illinois East St Louis District 189: Providing grab-and-go meals; Monday-Friday; 10AM-12PM; click here to see pick up locations. Also providing meal delivery. Click here for delivery schedule/locations.

Kirkwood: Free breakfast and lunch for any students residing within the school district area*; 18 and younger; Drive through only; March 23-April 22; asking families to complete this form.

*Students who reside in STL City, Riverview Gardens and Normandy will receive separate instructions for pick up locations/hours.

Ladue: Free breakfast and lunch; March 23-April 3; 10:30AM-12PM; Old Bonhomme Elementary.

Lindbergh: Providing meals to those in need but are requesting families complete this form.

Maplewood Richmond Heights: Free breakfast and lunch; March 25-April 3; 10AM-1PM; MRH Early Childhood Center, MPH Elementary, and MPH Middle/High at the Research & Design Center. Click here for more information.

Mehlville: Free breakfast and lunch for Mehlville student; March 23-April 3; 11Am-1PM; Melville High School. Mehlville will also be delivering meals by bus—contact the district for more information.

Normandy School Collaborative: Free breakfast and lunch; Drive through 11AM-12:30PM at all Normandy schools (excluding CASA); Delivery starting at 10AM; all school bus stops throughout the district. Click here for more information.

Parkway: Free breakfast and lunch bags; Monday-Friday; 11AM; Fern Ridge High School.

Pattonville: Free breakfast and lunch to children 18 and under; 11AM-1PM; Drummond Learning Center.

Riverview Gardens: Free breakfast/lunch bags to students; Click here for pick-up schedules.

Ritenour Co-Care Food Pantry: Providing food for families. Click here for more information. Contact them beforehand.

Rockwood: Free meals; March 23-April 3; 8AM-10AM; LaSalle Middle, Selvidge Middle, Rockwood South Middle.  For information about buses delivering food please contact the school district directly.

St. Louis Public Schools (STL CITY): Free meals; March 23-April 3; 8AM-12PM; Click here for a list of schools/addresses.

University City: Free meals; Monday-Friday; 10AM-1PM; Jordan Elementary, Flynn Elementary, Jackson Park, Pershing & Brittany Woods; Click here for more information; Contact gspiller@ucityschools.org for transportation assistance.

Valley Park: Providing meals to those in need but are requesting families complete this form.

Webster Groves: Free breakfast and lunch; 10:45AM-12:45PM; Hudson Elementary; 18 years old and younger; do NOT need to be a student at Webster schools; ask that everyone completes this form.
