Easter Seals Serving DC|MD|VA is pleased to announce that Dr. Marta Wilson, CEO, Transformation Systems, Inc., has been elected as the new Chairman of the Board, and Camille Alexander, CFA, Senior Director at BNY Mellon; Amy Caro, Vice President, Health Solutions, Northrop Grumman Information Systems; and Major General John Macdonald (US Army Retired), have been elected to its Board of Directors.

“Marta Wilson has been a passionate and dedicated member of our Board of Directors for four years, and her commitment to the independence and inclusion of people with disabilities, employment of veterans, and support of their families has helped propel Easter Seals. As Chair of the Board, Marta’s experience, energy and commitment will allow us to continue to innovate and grow our impact in the region,” said Lisa Reeves, President and CEO of Easter Seals Serving DC|MD|VA. “We are so fortunate to have Camille Alexander, Amy Caro, and Major General Macdonald join Marta and our inspiring Board of Directors to work together to grow our organization and achieve our mission of ensuring that all people with disabilities or special needs have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play in their communities.”

Dr. Marta Wilson, CEO, Transformation Systems, Inc.: Dr. Marta Wilson is an industrial-organizational psychologist and the CEO of Transformation Systems Inc. (TSI), an executive strategies and management systems engineering firm that helps customers work leaner, faster, and smarter. Marta and TSI’s multi-disciplinary experts help clients in the public and private sectors boost efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, quality, and savings. Marta has dedicated her career to leadership consultancy while serving as board member, author, catalyst, coach, mentor, researcher, speaker, trainer, volunteer, and fundraiser.

Camille Alexander, CFA, Senior Director at BNY Mellon: Camille began her career at Frost National Bank as an Equity Analyst and later a Portfolio Manager. Also adding to her 23 years of experience, Camille worked as an Investment Team Lead for USAA Private Investment Management, Mid-Atlantic Regional Director for Bank of America Institutional Advisory Solutions and Institutional Consulting Director at Graystone Consulting. Currently, Camille is a Senior Director for BNY Mellon Wealth Management where she is responsible for new business development in the Washington region.

Amy Caro, Vice President, Health Solutions, Northrop Grumman Information Systems: Amy Caro is Vice President for the Health Solutions business unit of Northrop Grumman Technology Services. Ms. Caro has over 30 years of experience with civilian and defense agencies as well as state governments in the management, analysis, design, development, and implementation of large-scale automated financial, health, and related mission critical information systems.

Major General John Macdonald (US Army Retired): Major General John Macdonald (US Army Retired) completed 33 years of service to the Nation retiring on 31 AUG 2012. During his time in the Army, he served 17 years outside of the US. He led troops in combat in Grenada, Saudi Arabia and Iraq and most recently in Afghanistan.
