Keith PettiEmployment: Retired

Keith Petti, MHA, MBA, is a retired healthcare executive. Keith's 40-year career included responsibilities in planning, operations, management, and business development. Keith held executive-level positions with a regional hospital system and two national healthcare providers, and he was a co-founder, owner, and managing partner of a consulting firm that served over 300 hospitals in 46 states. While Keith wore many hats during his career from 1985 until his retirement in 2019, his primary focus was business development.

The majority of Keith's career, from 1987 to 2019, was in the physical rehabilitation industry, an industry focused on enabling people with debilitating diseases, disorders, or injuries to attain their highest level of functional independence and quality of life. During his 32 years in this industry, Keith developed a professional and personal passion from seeing that his work and the work of his associates made a positive impact on patients and their families.  Keith knows that Easterseals works diligently to bring that same positive impact to people with disabilities and to their families, and he is honored and enthusiastic to be an Easterseals Midwest Board Member.

Keith and his wife, Beth, live in St. Louis. They have a son, Clayton, who is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, and a daughter, Camryn, who attends the University of Missouri. The family loves animals and has four active dogs. Keith and his family enjoy time at their lake house, traveling, cooking, and family nights, including games, movies, and documentaries.

Before joining the Easterseals Midwest Board, Keith served on the Board of Directors for the American Osteopathic Hospital Association and Sanford-Brown College. Beth is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Healthy Vision Association. Keith and Beth have been active supporters of Easterseals Midwest for several years.
