Ingredients:

  • 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and stoned
  • 3–4 tbsp honey or maple syrup*
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract+

Instructions:

1. Put the avocados into a food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Add the honey, vanilla, and cacao or cocoa powder and blend again until completely combined.

3. Spoon the mousse into 4 small containers, glasses, or mason jars, and put them into the fridge for about an hour before serving.

Notes:

*If using sugar, reduce the amount needed to 2-3 tablespoons. If using Stevia, Monk Fruit, Splenda, Sweet and Low, etc; reduce the amount to about 1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon depending on the specific brand or type of sweetener.
