A range of training, placements, and related services help people prepare for or re-enter the workforce.
Employment
For adults 18 and older who are not yet ready for employment, we offer daytime training and support Monday through Friday to develop independence, social skills, and self-advocacy with the purpose of moving program participants towards community employment or volunteerism.

This program supports individuals with autism in building social and communication skills for the workplace through five one-on-one pragmatic language sessions; an eight-week social skills class, and job development support.
Participants in this program will learn:
• Appropriate dress and hygiene for work
• How to have professional and appropriate conversations
• How to handle job duties and responsibilities
• How to ask for help, and when and with whom it is appropriate
• How to be part of a team
• When to disclose a disability
• How to handle job-related change or stress
Project SEARCH/Employment-Based Transition Training
These programs supports fifth-year high school seniors to participate in a nine-month period to develop important work skills within a community business. Participants will learn through classroom instruction and hands-on internships to explore potential career opportunities and obtain successful employment.
Summer Work Experiences
These programs provide high school students with disabilities paid, work-based learning experiences in businesses in their communities. Participants receive job coaching and employment skill training to succeed in their workplace.
Supported Employment
The Supported Employment Program help people with disabilities find and keep a job in community businesses. Our trained staff assist participants with career planning, discovery, and exploration, job development, job coaching, and retention services. The program provides opportunities for individuals to discover their skills, abilities, and areas of interest and find a job they love.
