This webinar is designed for those who support young people preparing for life beyond high school, whether that leads to college, employment, or community engagement. With an emphasis on strengths, collaboration, and self-determination, this session will explore how families, educators, and service providers can work together to open doors and create meaningful opportunities for young adults with autism while honoring their goals, interests, and abilities. Nicolas will share his experience using Easterseal’s core values: Empowerment, Connection, Innovation, and Advocacy for structure while sharing interviews of individuals with lived experience to understand that perspective better. |
