Easterseals Announces New Board Members

Ruth Ann Clark with JP Morgan Chase, Josh Golden with Yes& Agency and Tim Stecher with 3TECH Staffing

Silver Spring, MD — Easterseals DC MD VA is thrilled to announce the election of the newest members to our Board of Directors. The newly elected board members are Ruth Ann Clark, Executive Director and Market Executive, JPMorgan Chase & Co.; Josh Golden, Vice President and Senior Creative Director, Yes& Agency; and Tim Stecher, CEO, 3TECH Staffing.

“We are excited to welcome Ruth Ann Clark, Josh Golden, and re-welcome Tim Stecher to our Board of Directors,” said Jon Horowitch, President and CEO of Easterseals DC MD VA. “These leaders bring with them a wealth of experience in finance, creativity and story-telling, and innovative approaches to employment services that is sure to enhance Easterseals programs and make profound and positive differences to the daily lives of people of all ages with disabilities, special needs, military background and their families.”

Ruth Ann Clark HeadshotRuth Ann Clark recently joined JPMorgan Chase Middle Market Banking and Specialty Industries Group as the Market Executive for Aerospace, Defense and Government Services specialty team, based in the DC Metro area. She is a proven leader with financial services having spent her career in commercial banking and is recognized for her strong networking capabilities, team development and industry expertise within the public sector. Ruth Ann shared, “the mission of Easterseals –working with seniors, kids and veterans - resonates with me. I am proud to serve at an organization that helps families navigate issues in a supportive setting.”

Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Ruth Ann worked for Wells Fargo Auto as the National Division Sales Leader where she served as a change agent participating in a major restructure of the line of business. She also previously led the Middle Market Banking team in Northern Virginia for Wells Fargo Bank. Ruth Ann honed her government contracting industry knowledge as a Senior Relationship Manager for Bank of America, serving in an advisory role for the Northern Virginia and West Region markets. She also spent several years as the CFO of a regional specialty chemical distribution business in Virginia Beach. 

Ruth Ann holds a Master of Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in finance from The College of William & Mary.

Josh Golden headshotJosh Golden is the Senior Vice President and Senior Creative Director at Yes&, where he spearheads the creative development of major projects for clients. He is a skilled writer, video producer, event director and marketer with a demonstrated history of working on major marketing and events campaigns. Josh shared, “when my family needed support and I spoke with Easterseals, it was the first time I felt hope. By serving on the Board, I want to ensure that every family who needs it has that experience.”

Before joining the agency, Josh served as Director of Creative and Entertainment Services for the Washington Nationals, where he conceived and launched the team’s cherished Racing Presidents. He was a former Entertainment Coordinator for the New York Mets, Associate Producer for Halls of Fame, a national syndicated talk show on Fox Sports Net, and Founder and Director of Voices of History, a touring interactive living history program.

Josh has an insatiable intellectual curiosity and is always open to exploring fresh ideas that will move audiences to action. His creative work has served PBS, Sierra Club, U.S. Open Tennis, The Inn at Little Washington and Choice Hotels International. As a marketing industry leader, Josh ran creative workshops at Advertising Week DC (ADWKDC) Conferences, joined panels at ASAE Springtime Expos and has authored articles and blogs for Capitol Communicator and MeetingsNet.

Josh has a Master of Fine Arts with a focus in theatre from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York Albany.

Tim Stecher HeadshotTim Stecher, the founder and CEO of 3TECH Staffing, is a long-time talent acquisition professional with more than 25 years of experience in the field. Tim possesses broad expertise across the spectrum of staffing competencies and specializes in creating sustainable strategic partnerships with clients focusing on talent acquisition, technology services and software solutions.

“I’m honored and excited to be returning to an organization that does so much for varied and diverse elements of the region’s communities,” said Tim. “I look forward to working with Easterseals President & CEO Jon Horowitch and all my fellow Board members to keep expanding our services and reach and enlist greater corporate support.” 

Tim previously served as both a Board Member of Easterseals DC MD VA and Executive Vice President of our Veteran Staffing Network, a veteran-focused employment agency, which he nurtured from innovative concept to a successful service.

Prior to his time with Easterseals, Tim was directly responsible for the development and start-up of his own minority-owned company, Native Staffing, as well as a successful tenure at Siemens Government Services where he rose to National Director of Talent Acquisition.

Tim is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where he holds a Bachelor of Arts focusing on philosophy and was a four-year starter on the lacrosse team. He is also an alumnus of Calvert Hall College High School.
