Veteran Staffing Network

Our Purpose

We advocate for, connect with and provide support services for military service members, veterans and their families. We provide our clients top-tier talent while simultaneously reducing veteran unemployment through supportive services to prepare veterans and their spouses to become job ready. We have a wide spectrum of skill sets available to clients so we are not limited to one industry and can support client needs across many business disciplines.

About VSN

Veterans want jobs. Employers want the best candidates possible and express a desire to hire veterans. The unemployment rate for recently separated veterans remains very high, but the potential is there and Easter Seals is the solution. By focusing squarely on the individual needs of employers and veterans, we provide the best personal match for each position and the support our nation's veterans need to successfully transition back to the civilian world.

Our commitment to reaching out to the military community goes back to World War II. Easter Seals has a long history of providing support to individuals who need a helping hand. We are poised with our nationwide affiliate network to navigate the often difficult journey as our service members return home.

Our employees are themselves veterans, many of them service-disabled veterans. We walk the walk and talk the talk. We are veterans serving veterans.

Our Approach

We provide technical assistance and comprehensive support to address the needs of our military service members. We work with employers to fill temp-to perm, contract, and direct-hire placements. The Veteran Staffing Network takes an ecosystem approach that attacks the barriers to employment, supporting veterans, their families, and the organizations that employ them. VSN builds a bridge between Veterans and employers, providing the support that each individual needs in order to succeed.
