Thursday, February 16th, Iris Krasnow, journalist, professor, and best-selling author, was a featured guest at the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Inter-Generational Center in Silver Spring to discuss the importance of finding purpose and passion at every age and stage of life.
During the presentation, held in the Richard & Rae Swirnow Center of Excellence and Training, Iris shared the importance of living your best life, regardless of what stage of life you are in. She shared the results of interviews done all over the country with couples of all different ages who found what works to keep them feeling young, healthy, and fulfilled. Iris reminded the audience that our happiness comes from what gives us that fire inside. There's no wrong way to find our happiness.
