Young Yogis

Focused therapy programs are intended to allow children to address their therapeutic needs and goals amongst peers working on similar goals. The Young Yogis physical therapy program utilizes child-friendly yoga and meditation, including sustained poses and movement flows to address flexibility, strength, endurance, motor sequencing, coordinated breathing, and attention to task. This program promotes physical fitness in a calm (3-4 children) environment. Children are introduced to a building sequence of Vinyasa-style yoga poses followed by complex motor skill activities. This group is intended for children ages 7 through 11.

Young Yogis is currently closed for new sign ups and will be taking a break until late Spring 2024.
