Community

In December 1984, Easterseals DuPage moved into a former school building located at 830 South Addison Avenue in Villa Park. In June of 1999, after the completion of a capital campaign, Easterseals DuPage opened the doors of its new, state-of-the-art facility. The new structure was built on its existing site, replacing the old building. This 31,000 square foot building was completed with the assistance of many generous donors. The Arthur and Mary Rubloff portion of the facility was built as a result of the joint agreement entered into with United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Chicago. Easterseals' therapy, assistive technology, and social work services are offered in this portion of the building. The Center's Child Development Center, audiology suite, therapy and staff offices, and overall administrative services are located in the rest of the facility. Additional therapy services are offered to the community through outreach programming.

We thank the many community partners and businesses that lend their support through grants, donations and volunteering. There are many opportunities to get involved as a business or participant at the events below.
