Kiauna is a very active member in society. She is an entrepreneur, a brand ambassador, and soon to be a nurse. She also loves to vintage shop, participate in anything where she can be creative, and spend time with her husband, family, and friends.

Allison is one of our ambassadors at Easterseals MORC! She enjoys playing baseball with the Miracle League of North Oakland and hopes to be an interior designer when she grows up. Read more about her story here!

Jeremy lives a very active life. He enjoys cooking, grilling, and baking (especially his favorite key lime pie!), reading, being outdoors, football, and playing games. He also loves to learn everything he can about math, research, coding, engineering, and science. However, Jeremy hasn’t always had such a healthy and active lifestyle.

Ready to Take on the World!

Ariel is a sweet, young girl who loves to dance and sing, especially when that involves singing songs by her favorite group, BTS. She also enjoys watching countless episodes of Coco Melon and Gracie Corner. However, Ariel’s life didn’t always seem this simple. When Ariel was born prematurely at 24 weeks, her mother, Tia, explained that the doctors were unsure that young Ariel was going to make it.

Meet Jonathan!

Jonathan loves to work on puzzles, stay as active as possible, and explore throughout his community. Since becoming a more active member in his community, Jonathan is able to explore various activities the area has to offer. He enjoys spending most of his free time with his friends laughing and finding new places for karaoke.

Kiara is a lover of all things that include going to arcades, bowling, and shopping at the mall or Target. Her favorite items to shop for are Bratz dolls and lip gloss from Claire’s. Kiara also enjoys playing various driving and ‘girly’ games on her iPad along with playing with Diego, her service dog.

Matt enjoys spending his free time playing all types of video games and watching episodes of Charmed and Big Brother. He has also been involved in many advocacy groups that support individuals with disabilities. Matt currently stays busy with the Citizen's Advisory Council, the Beginning Ending Stigma Today group, and various Oakland County Health Network (OCHN) groups.

Jai Lynn is a friendly and helpful daughter who loves watching reality TV shows, shopping, and crafting - especially drawing and painting. “The level of support and consistency from Easterseals MORC has been a huge relief for our family.” Charmaine, Jai Lynn's mother, said.

Chris is a lover of long car rides, concerts, spending time with friends and family, and attending sporting events. Over the past four years, he’s worked with all Detroit major professional teams - the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Pistons, and Detroit Lions.
