Jacob loves to be outside and can often be found with his Community Living Support (CLS) worker at Clarkston Family Farm. He has become an integral part of the team, recently earning a "staff" shirt, for his dedication to feeding the animals, collecting chicken eggs, and gardening in the greenhouse.

Since becoming a more active member in his community, Jonathan is able to explore various activities the area has to offer. Liam’s mother, Courtney, says her son has the best, most infectious smile that makes people he encounters happy. He is a young boy who loves cars, especially Ford Raptors and other pick-up trucks. “Liam is a silly boy and a quick learner,” Courtney said. “Some of his favorite things do to are wash cars, go swimming, and play with his sisters.”

Matt enjoys spending his free time playing all types of video games and watching episodes of Charmed and Big Brother. He has also been involved in many advocacy groups that support individuals with disabilities. Matt currently stays busy with the Citizen's Advisory Council, the Beginning Ending Stigma Today group, and various Oakland County Health Network (OCHN) groups.

Michael and Kimberly, Nicholas’ parents, described their son as a very sweet and loving big brother. He loves music and dancing and loves the color yellow. They explained that Nicholas also enjoys being outside, especially when it involves slides or kicking, throwing, and running with balls. Like any 12-year-old boy, Evan loves playing video games (Minecraft especially), the Dallas Cowboys, and Lebron James. Lindsey, Evan’s mother, said her son has a great sense of humor and loves to make people smile. Evan says that his favorite way to make people smile is by walking.
“Evan loves to make us proud,” Lindsey said. “He knows that when we smile, we are proud of him.”

Ariel is a sweet, young girl who loves to dance and sing, especially when that involves singing songs by her favorite group, BTS. She also enjoys watching countless episodes of Coco Melon and Gracie Corner. However, Ariel’s life didn’t always seem this simple. When Ariel was born prematurely at 24 weeks, her mother, Tia, explained that the doctors were unsure that young Ariel was going to make it.
