Our Mission Statement

Easterseals Blake Foundation is dedicated to the vision of a Southern Arizona community where all people live healthy, productive, and independent lives. EBF serves more than 30,000 individuals and families across 10 counties of Southern Arizona.

Easterseals Blake Foundation programs are in accordance with Federal Titles VI and VII requirements of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (See Notices of Compliance: Easterseals Blake Foundation | Who We Are), the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975.

Easterseals Blake Foundation Tax Credit

You can change lives by directing your tax dollars to Easterseals Blake Foundation & Aviva Children's Services!
Our programs support more than 30,000 children, adults, and families across Southern Arizona & more than 3,000 children in foster care.

Blake Children & Family is proud of its Parents as Teachers program, bringing families home visitation and personalized support. With hands-on activities and techniques used to promote early learning, EBF PAT helps families understand and reach important developmental milestones.

Because of you, we can provide up to 3000 of Arizona's children in foster care with toys and gifts for this holiday season!
Thank you to all our donors from our community who donated and made a difference to a child in need. We could not do this important work without you!
Early Head Start
EBF's Early Head Start home visiting program for qualifying pregnant women and parents of children (birth to age three). The program includes weekly home visits, family support, parenting skills, community referrals, group socializations and child development activities.
