Integrated Healthcare

Since 1920 Easterseals Michigan has believed that to properly serve our community we would need to look at the overall health care of the individuals we serve. This continues to be a major focus of our organization and as we move forward we continue to build new partnerships and provide new programs that will benefit the overall health of these individuals. Currently we offer programs that help people quit smoking, provide education regarding medical conditions like COPD and diabetes, and art programs that allow for creative expression. Here is a current list of the locations and partnership we have available for the community. To learn more about these options, please speak with an Easterseals Michigan employee or call 1.800.75.SEALS.
