Clarissa Hulleza

Chief Information Officer / Senior Vice President

Clarissa Hulleza has over 25 years of experience working with individuals with varying abilities, with ten of those years spent in the direct provision of services to adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. She graduated from Oakland University with a B.A. in Sociology and is licensed as a Bachelor’s Social Worker in Michigan.

Clarissa joined Easterseals Michigan in 2000 as a Case Manager. In 2004, she joined the IT department where she held the roles of Data Analyst and Information Systems Supervisor until she was promoted to Director of IT and HIPAA Security Officer in 2007. In 2017, the IT department evolved to better support the organization’s technical initiatives, as did Clarissa’s role to Sr Vice President of IT/Chief Information Officer.

In her time overseeing Easterseals Michigan’s IT department, Clarissa has led many technological initiatives for the organization, including improvements to the network infrastructure, advancements to data reporting capabilities, migration to Microsoft Office 365, and various application developments, particularly in the area of electronic health record systems and Salesforce.
