Locate an In Home Service Provider Fortunately most communities have a variety of providers to choose from. Your parent or loved one’s physician, hospital discharge planner or social worker can help you locate the appropriate provider in the community. Easter Seals provides in home services in the following areas: Easter Seals Alaska (Contact by email at vgosborne@gci.net) Contact Easter Seals near you for additional information about the services available for adults and seniors in your community. If Easter Seals does not have a service provider in your area, please contact your State Area Agency on Aging or department of health, aging and social services to obtain a list of licensed agencies.
