Easterseals provides home and community-based services affording adults and seniors with resources they need to stay healthy and engage with their community or neighborhood. These life-changing programs help adults with disabilities, people with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, as well as an individual with Multiple Sclerosis, or those who have had a stroke thrive and improve overall emotional and physical health. In addition, these valuable programs offer respite, support, and education for family members and other caregivers.

What are Easterseals Adult Day Services Like?

Adult day service centers provide a place outside the home for adults of all ages and with all types of disabilities to be active in the community, socialize with their peers, and receive needed health and personal care services. Additionally, participation in an adult day program allows time for caregivers to work outside the home, attend to their own needs or the needs of other family members, or travel on a long- or short-term basis.
