Workplace/Employee Giving

Many companies contact us regarding ways that they can give back. Here are a few different ways:

Volunteer

We have many events that require many volunteers. This is a great way to get a group together and help. Click here to view our current opportunities.

Donations

Did you know that 96 cents of every dollar that is donate goes to our services? Whether you are giving a single donation, signing up for a recurring monthly donation (click here) or getting a group together to donate, you can be sure that the money that is given goes to improving the lives of the 11,800+ people that we serve each year. Click here to donate.

Support a Fundraising Event

One of the most fun ways to give back is to attend one of our many events. Invite your friends, family and co-workers for a good time while you also raise funds for Easterseals Michigan. Check out our list of upcoming events by clicking here.

Host a Casual Day

Who doesn't love a casual day at the office? Talk with your office manager or HR department about hosting an office-wide dress down day to benefit Easterseals Michigan. For a small donation, your co-workers can trade business for business casual, or business casual for just plain casual! Learn more by contacting Easterseals Michigan's Director of Development, Stephanie Holland, to learn more. Contact Stephanie at SHolland@essmichigan.org or by calling 248.475.6412.

Easterseals Miracle League of Michigan

This program was founded in 2004 with the launch of a Miracle Field, Michigan's first baseball field to be adapted for individuals with disabilities. The goal of the program is to allow children and young adults with disabilities to play baseball. We offer both competitive and non-competitive leagues. We have also developed a bowling league, a dance program, and football camps. We will soon be offering yoga classes as well. We need volunteers that will help the players to hit, catch, and move around the bases. Learn more by clicking here.
