Behavioral Health

Supporting the Recovery of Individuals with Behavioral Health Disorders

Easterseals MORC is committed to helping people discover hope and motivation to make important changes for overcoming mental health and substance use conditions. Services are designed to support people in their recovery and to assist them in the pursuit of meaningful and satisfying lives. Easterseals MORC provides a continuum of person centered behavioral health services that are research based to address mental health and substance abuse concerns, or both conditions simultaneously. All services are culturally competent and provided in English or Spanish.   

Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic:

Easterseals MORC’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) provides a comprehensive array of services necessary to create access, stabilize people in crisis, and provide the appropriate treatment for those with substance use and mental health disorders.  These services are provided regardless of ability to pay or insurance status.  For more information, click here.

Outpatient Services:

Easterseals MORC provides evaluation and assessment to determine the most effective approach to improve mental health and wellness of the people we serve.  Treatment methods include individual, family, and group therapy.  Crisis intervention, Peer Recovery supports, Psychiatric evaluation, and medication management are available depending upon need. We accept most major insurances including Medicaid HMO’s. Outpatient Services are provided at the Center Line location in Macomb County and the Southfield, Pontiac and Walled Lake locations in Oakland County.      

Community Based Services:

In addition to the outpatient services, we provide more intensive services to individuals who have serious mental illnesses and substance use conditions that are found eligible through Community Mental Health. These services include:

  • Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment
  • Supported Employment (Individual Placement and Support)
  • Nursing services
  • Dreams Unlimited (Psycho-Social Rehabilitation)
  • Peer Support Services
  • Psycho-educational Groups
  • Dialectical Behavioral Treatment
  • Community Living Supports
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Integrated Healthcare Services

 

The Community-based Behavioral Health Services for adults in Oakland County indicated above, including, Spanish and Russian Language Services and Behavioral Health Services, are primarily funded by Oakland Community Health Network.

Adult services are provided in Oakland County at the Adult Southfield, Walled Lake, and Pontiac locations.  Macomb County provides only outpatient services and case management, peer support, and psycho-educational groups.  Service recipients must meet eligibility criteria. If determined eligible for services, fees are based on ability to pay. Services are never denied because of inability to pay. To find out more, contact 800-75-SEALS.
