Lions Club of Paducah and WPSD Local 6 Telethon of Stars
Beneficiaries of the Telethon include Easter Seals West Kentucky in Paducah T.L.C. of Southern Illinois in Carterville; Community Developmental Services in Martin, Tennessee and Easter Seals Southeast Missouri. All centers serve individuals with disabilities and other special needs. The Telethon of Stars is one the longest running, locally produced Telethons in the country and has raised over 22 million dollars since its formation
For over 50 years, the Charity League has supported Easter Seals West Kentucky through many fundraising events and projects. Countless volunteer hours are spent coordinating, planning and executing Charity League events like Bargain Fair, Follies, the Golf Tournament and Snowball. These events not only raise awareness and money for Easter Seals West Kentucky, but also leave a lasting impression in our community of the diligent work and influence of the Charity League.
The Community Foundation of West Kentucky
and the Fred Paxton Fund Run for Charities
The Community Foundation of West Kentucky is a granting organization that funds other non-profits' programs and services, as well as scholarships for area students. The Community Foundation includes a collection of permanent endowments designed to meet all a donor’s individualized charitable goals through one simple vehicle. Every July, the Community Foundation sponsors the Fred Paxton Fund Run for Charities, an event that raises money for 17 local organizations. The Community Foundation will match all the donations up to $10,000 per organization, up to $100,000 overall, to create extra interest in the organization's own endowment fund account.
The Home Depot donates millions of hours, tools and supplies each year to community service projects. Through Team Depot, The Home Depot’s associate-led volunteer program, associates work side-by-side to create life-long, meaningful relationships between the company, neighbors and associates. Formalized in 1992, Team Depot programs bring together volunteerism, do-it-yourself expertise, product donations and monetary grants as a way to support the communities where the associates live and work.
BBQ on the River is a community charitable event that partners non-profit organizations with BBQ teams from across the nation. BBQ will be on sale raise money for Easter Seals West Kentucky during this September event in Downtown Paducah. The weekend includes great BBQ, lively entertainment, exquisite crafts, a charming downtown and a great time with friends.

The mission of the Yeiser Art Center is to further the development and appreciation of the visual arts within our own local community and throughout the region by providing educational opportunities and activities that help nurture the creative spirit in all of us.
Purchase Area Regional Transit
Purchase Area Regional Transit provides customers with a single point of access to receive regional transportation, human services and community information facilitating greater personal mobility for all individuals in the Purchase Area region. The Purchase Area Travel Management Coordination Center (TMCC) serves residents and vistors of Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Marshall and McCracken. The Four primary transportation providers include Paducah Area Transit (PATS), Fulton County Transit (FCTA), Murray-Calloway County Transit (MCTA), and Easter Seals West Kentucky (ESWKY).
Over the years, Peel & Holland has enjoyed significant growth in personal and commercial insurance, risk consulting and employee benefits with 40 employees doing business throughout Kentucky and in Southeast Missouri, Southern Illinois and Northwest Tennessee.
The Rotary Club of Paducah is part of District 6710, which is comprised of 60 clubs in 64 counties. Rotary members are busy people who fully and cheerfully accept the additional responsibilities of club membership.
