Community Living Services are one-on-one services for adults that provide assistance in the areas of daily living and offer opportunities for therapeutic recreation. This service can be provided in the individual's home or in the community. This program enable a person to accomplish tasks that the person normally would do for himself or herself, if she or he didn't have a disability. Community Living Services are provided for individual who recvice wavier services.
These include hands-on assistance, reminding, observing, guiding, or training during an activity; persoanal care, shopping, money managememt skills, assistance in managing medical care and transportation to access community services, activites, and appointments.
