Employment Connections

Easterseals West Kentucky provides Supported Employment and Employment and Retention for individuals with disabilities who are eager to find meaningful employment. We are proud to work with local businesses who want to help these individuals find success in the workforce. 

Through our Supported Employment and Employment & Retention services, we are committed to facilitating job placements that effectively meet the needs of both the employer and the job seeker. By assessing each individual's skill set, we are able to match them with an employer who will value and benefit from their abilities. In doing so, we are able to maximize the potential for long-term success and create mutually beneficial relationships that support both the individual's growth and the employer's needs. 

To prepare for employment, we assist with applications, resume development, and interview preparation. During employment, we offer ongoing support through job coaching and communication with both the employer and employee to ensure that the individual remains a productive asset on the job.
