Easterseals Rehabilitation Center COVID-19 News and Updates

Last updated August 2, 2021

Planning a visit to the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center during COVID-19 restrictions? Please help us provide a safe, healthy environment for you and others.

Effective August 3, 2021, anyone over 2 years of age (unless they are unable) is required to wear a mask in common areas of Easterseals Rehabilitation Center facilities, including the primary location at 3701 Bellemeade Ave. Masks are available for any staff or visitor. Signs will be posted.

This requirement is based on current CDC recommendations that all people, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status, wear a mask in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high transmission. At the time of this update, Vanderburgh and all surrounding counties are considered areas of high transmission, as illustrated on this CDC web page: https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#county-view

The health and safety of clients, staff and visitors is the top priority of the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center. During this time of COVID-19, we must all work together to mitigate the outbreak.

The Easterseals Rehabilitation Center therapeutic pool may have different guidelines which should be followed by pool staff, clients and visitors.

If you have any questions prior to your visit, please call 812-479-1411.

Thank you for your understanding and help in keeping our community safe and healthy!
