Chicago, March 22, 2016

The Easter Seals Foundation announced the appointment of Chris Schembra, OHenry Productions Producing Partner and 747 Supper Club Founder, to its Board of Trustees.

“We are honored to have Chris join the Easter Seals Foundation Board of Trustees,” said James E. Williams, Jr., President, Easter Seals Foundation Board. “His creative expertise and diverse humanitarian experiences will be valuable assets for our organization as we leverage philanthropy to change the way the world views and defines disabilities.”

Schembra, a Hilton Head Island native, is the producer behind the five-time Emmy Award-Winning show, The Little Flower, starring Tony Lo Bianco.  In addition to his work on Broadway, Schembra is the Founder and Curator of the 747 Club, a weekly Supper Club that connects people at the intersection of food and community.

“I am thrilled to join the Easter Seals Foundation Board,” said Schembra.  “Advocating for individuals and families with disabilities has been a long-time passion of mine. Easter Seals’ nearly century long legacy reflects a heritage of excellence. I am grateful to lend my support for the organization.”

Schembra studied international business at Rollins College and attended the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) in Patagonia, Chile. He is an active member of the New York Executive Board of Save a Child’s Heart, an international Humanitarian effort.
