"Easterseals has always been like family!"

Diana is thriving because YOU are part of the Easterseals family!

Diana was born two months early and spent weeks in the NICU before going home. As she grew, her parents watched eagerly for Diana to reach developmental milestones. They noticed that her head was always tilted to one side. When doctors recommended therapy, Diana’s mom and dad—Megan and Andy—knew exactly where to take their daughter. “Easterseals has always been like family!” Andy said. “We knew the Easterseals Rehab Center was the best place to help her,” Megan agreed.

You see, Andy was born with cerebral palsy, and he has been reaching goals with Easterseals since he was a child. Through the years, Easterseals services empowered Andy to build skills, strength, and confidence to succeed in school, in his career, and now as a dad.

Diana is now a part of the Easterseals family, too! She’s 20 months old and has received weekly therapy for almost a year. Not only does Diana hold her head up straight, she’s walking, learning to step over thresholds, and is starting to navigate stairs!

The Easterseals Rehabilitation Center and its many programs are committed to empowering Diana, her parents, and other local individuals and families to achieve their goals and dreams. Thanks to generous supporters, Easterseals is here for Tri-State children and adults with disabilities through all stages of their lives.
