Easterseals hosts the only conference in Delaware focused on family caregivers. This year's theme "Give Yourself a Hand" celebrates the amazing things caregivers do every day - whether they recognize it or not. We are excited to be offering a chance for caregivers to meet new friends, take a moment to disconnect and truly acknowledge your role as a caregiver – and even learn a little bit!
