Easterseals West Kentucky's Child Development Center helps children of all abilities develop to their potential by encouraging growth - at each child's pace.

Inclusive Child Care

Inclusive Child Care is provided to typically developing and special needs children ages six weeks to 12 years.  The child care center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with five day Preschool curriculum available to children ages 3, 4 & 5.   Care is provided by credentialed staff with structured activities including: art, reading, music, sensory stimulation, gross and fine motor skill development, as well as play time. We currently use Creative Curriculum as our educational curriculum for all age groups.

Therapy Services

Therapy Services are available to qualifying children.These services include: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, if determined eligible.

School-age

School-age services are available for before- and after-school care.  Transportation is provided from certain schools, depending on the location in the district. Socialization and supervision of homework is provided. Full-day services are provided during holidays and the summer months.  Students are involved in special outings and activities within the center.

Speech Language Therapy

Speech Language Therapy services are provided to any child who qualifies based on evaluation results.

Physical and Occupational Therapy

Physical and Occupational Therapy services are provided to any child who qualifies bases on evaluation results.
