Easterseals of Greater Waterbury is excited to announce its Community Workshop Scholarship and Aid Fund awardees.
Easterseals of Greater Waterbury has announced that ten (10) students from the Greater Waterbury area and surrounding towns have received individual scholarships to continue their education. Each year, Easterseals awards post-secondary scholarships to deserving students who have a disability and are attending an accredited college or university.
“This is a remarkable group of students, with limitless possibilities. We are pleased that we can support their pursuit of higher education”, says Loraine Shea, President of Easterseals. “Each student has faced their own individual challenges, and with the support of Easterseals, we are confident these students will make profound differences in their own lives and in the lives of others.”
