Individualized Home Supports (IHS)
Individualized Home Supports are provided in an individual's or family's home in the community. Support staff provide assistance in daily living skills, banking, budgeting, shopping, meal preparation and more. It is designed to allow a person to live in their family home or their own home. This service provides intermittent support, typically 5-20 hours per week. We are available to provide morning, afternoon, evening and weekend support to individuals in this program.
