The Easterseals Rehabilitation Center announced the results of the annual Easterseals All Ca$h Raffle on Facebook at approx. 12 p.m. Friday, March 24, at its main headquarters, 3701 Bellemeade Ave. in Evansville.

A total of 3,842 tickets were included in the drawing.

Tickets were sold from January 11 until Wed., March 22. Tickets were $50 each or 3 for $100 and a maximum of 5,000 were available. This resulted in estimated net proceeds of $74,128. (Including today’s results, the annual raffle has now raised a grand total of $3,456,273 in its 32 years.)

Easterseals thanks all ticket buyers and sponsors for helping the raffle succeed during this important fundraiser. During the drawing, Easterseals detailed the importance of fundraisers such as the All Ca$h Raffle to assist those with disabilities in our local community. Ticket sales were important this year to help continue underwriting therapy services at the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center for individuals who couldn’t otherwise afford them.

The Easterseals Rehabilitation Center offers its core services of physical, occupational and speech therapy, audiology, and psychology services on a sliding fee scale and the vast majority of the organization’s therapy clients need financial assistance.

Accountants from Kemper CPA Group verified all ticket sales and assisted with the drawing. Easterseals Board Chair, Bill Norman, drew the winning tickets.

  • $15,000 2nd Prize: Ken Wahl (ticket # 1318)
  • $5,000 3rd Prize: Gary Wire (ticket # 2366)
  • $1,000 4th Prize: Brent Gramig (ticket # 69)
  • $1,000 5th Prize: Brandon Burnette (ticket # 1077)

To encourage sales, Easterseals offered various incentive opportunities to give buyers a chance to win extra tickets. These are the winners of those extra tickets, which were included in the grand prize drawing.

  • HOPE DAYS incentive winner: Frank Harrington
