Northern Colorado Services

Easterseals Colorado's Northern Colorado Services support those 16 years of age and older in Larimer and Weld counties through meaningful supports and programs. We have a variety of programs to meet our particapnts and clients needs.

Adult Day Programs

Northern Colorado's adult day programs serve 18+ year old adults living in Larimer and Weld counties with a wide range of disabilities and skill levels. Northern Colorado day programs are structured to have clients lead and participate in meaningful, life-long learning activities such as participating in local cultural events, volunteering, supporting local businesses, and giving back to our community. We have two Northern Colorado day programs to meet the needs of our geographic area:

Wings Day Program- Larimer County
Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Employment Services

Easterseals Northern Colorado Employment Programs are offered to give clients a variety of support options to meet their work goals. Transportation is not provided. Four employment programs are offered to meet goals:

  1. Group Enclave at Habitat for Humanity ReStore - Loveland, Colorado
    Work in a group setting with a job coach. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

  2. Career Academy - Loveland, Colorado
    Mobile job training community program offering services Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

  3. Snack Shack - Fort Collins, Colorado
    Short and long term supportive employment and job training services. Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

  4. Independent Community Employment - Larimer and Weld counties
    Work closely with Employment Specialists in community job search. For those 16 years of age and older.

Respite Services

Respite services are provided to participants and their caregivers on a case-by-case service.
