Neurological Rehabilitation Adult Day Program

"Welcome to Hope"

Easterseals Colorado provides a unique day program for people living with neurological disorders, such as but not limited to, Parkinson's disease, MS, TBI, Stroke, etc. Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies are available through an adult day program environment, assisting participants in their pursuit of independence. It is a place to find community, support, and friendship. This program also provides respite for caregivers. Our program hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday at our Vestal Center located at 5755 W Alameda Ave, Lakewood, CO 80226. Some participants utilize Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver Funds, VA Benefits, and Private-Pay to pay for program fees and transportation.

*VIRTUAL PROGRAMMING: As we enter the new year, we will be ending our continuous output of virtual programming. With our in-person services back to standard operation, we no longer have the need for daily virtual offerings. If you wish to watch any previously recorded sessions of Morning Mindfulness or Rehabilitative Strengthening, all videos can still be viewed any time via Easterseals Colorado's Facebook page.

*SNOW DAY POLICY UPDATE: We will once again be returning to following Denver Public Schools' lead in the case of inclement weather - if Denver Public Schools are closed, then the NRADP is closed. A "delayed start" will indicate no change to our programming, and we will still be open to participants as soon as they are able to arrive. If the NRADP is closed due to weather, we will once again offer our virtual programming for that day. Morning Mindfulness will be at 10:00 a.m. and Afternoon Strengthening will be at 1:00 p.m. via Easterseals Colorado's Facebook page. Please be sure to tune in that day and give the videos a "Like" or leave a comment to let us know you're watching!
