Betzaida Roman
Betzaida Roman is the FRS for Early Steps North Beaches. She has an Associate Degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance. For many years she worked with her mother with children with special conditions at the Foster Home in Puerto Rico. Working at Early Steps has been an unforgettable experience and being able to help families is one of her passions. She has a child with developmental delays and each day she shares how much the Early Steps program helped her son continue to thrive.
