Catrina Sanchez

Catrina Sanchez is an Indiana native and relocated to Tampa, FL over 20 years ago. 8 years ago she moved to Naples and enjoys working, living, and playing in the Collier County community. Catrina has a background as an educator for those with exceptional needs and was promoted to Director of Easterseals Naples in October 2019. She spends her free time doing anything outdoor with her husband and three daughters.

Shannon Hayes

Shannon Hayes is a western New York native who recently to Naples, FL from Portland, Maine where she was a Behavior Intervention Specialist to students with developmental disabilities. She started in the field when her family was stationed in Hawai'i 5 years ago. She is excited to be part of the Easterseals Family and grow the program. She spends her free time with her husband, Siberian Huskies, and enjoys crafting, cooking, gaming, and any water activity. 




The Easterseals LEAP (Life Skills, Employment Readiness, Advocacy, and Participation) program is an Adult Day Training (ADT) program in Naples for individuals with developmental disabilities ages 18 and up. LEAP members learn important life and social skills, community-based job skills and other unique, individualized programming.
