Easterseal's Florida STRIVE (Skills Training Results in Vocational Employment) in Hospitality program is a 12-week course taught in a completely VIRTUAL learning environment. The curriculum is based on standards from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, to prepare individuals ages 15 and up with a disability to work in the hospitality industry. The program offers:
-Classes taught year-round by certified hospitality instructors
- Certifications include: Guest Room Attendant, Breakfast Attendant, Maintenance Employee, Front Desk Representative, and Guest Services Gold
- A warm, supportive, and inclusive environment completed virtually in its entirety at this time
- An opportunity to learn skills that are transferrable across a number of professions and vocations

Vocational Training for Adults with Disabilities serves ages 18 and older. Clients learn the basics of work readiness, self-advocacy, basic fiscal management, work ethics, and crucial soft skills needed in the workplace. Services are provided in small groups or individual settings. Funded by Orange County.
