The Activity/Personal Care Assistant is responsible for assisting participants with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), including group and invidual tasks, while maintaining a safe, supportive and comfortable program environment.
The SBHF Case Manager is responsible for coaching parents and helping them to develop skills in critical parenting areas through, education, modeling and other practice. The position requires collaborative efforts to be coordinated between community resources and agency resources to assist in creating and maintaining a healthy family environment.
The Workforce Development Manager is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to staff in workforce programs, and will assure quality service delivery to Consumers by providing opportunities, managing strategic priorities, and coordinating and integrating departmental operations to include programs and policies assuring efficient and quality service delivery to all program participants.
The Workforce Development Specialist – Individualized Placement and Support (IPS)/Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) is responsible for conducting vocational assessments and assisting in finding competitive employment for adults and/or youth that is consistent with vocational goals. This includes: implementing job development strategies, building relationships with community employers, assessing needs of individuals, and matching eligible job seekers with appropriate employer/jobs.
