The Guardianship Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Guardianship program and ensures that Easterseals Southeast Wisconsin, Inc. is advocating for the services, needs, desires, and rights of wards so that they have the greatest level of independence. The Guardianship Manager will enforce department policies and procedures to ensure staff are providing quality services in the best interest of program participants.

Responsibilities include: assessing the needs of individuals and matching job seekers with appropriate jobs.  The Specialist provides ongoing coaching to ensure employment success by implementing job development strategies and building relationships with a variety of employers.
