John Osterlund has been named Senior Vice President of Development at Easterseals National Office in Chicago.
Osterlund brings 30 years of nonprofit development experience to his role at Easterseals, the nation’s leading provider of services and advocacy for children and adults with disabilities, veterans, older adults, and their families.
Most recently Vice President of Development and College Relations at Monmouth (IL) College, Osterlund also served as Chief Development Officer for the Archdiocese of Chicago and held a variety of leadership positions, including Chief Development Officer, during his 25 years with the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International.
He has a master’s degree in history from Florida State University and did graduate work in political science and social welfare at the University of Stockholm.
