Unifying Easterseals' Digital Presence

To better serve individuals and families relying on our national network, Easterseals embarked on a major digital transformation with digital strategy agency Capellic and Pantheon. By migrating more than 40 affiliate and national sites onto a flexible Drupal foundation dubbed "NextGen," we established a common experience strategy, navigation model, and content architecture. This ensures a familiar, dependable brand experience from one location to the next while preserving the vital, locally relevant services our community Affiliates provide.

The modern platform places a heavy emphasis on inclusivity and governance, leading to immediate quality improvements—including a 13% boost in accessibility scores and an 18% increase in SEO discoverability.

Backed by optimizations, the new infrastructure supports distributed content teams and mobile users effortlessly. This successful rollout and commitment to an exceptional digital standard were recently recognized with three Web Excellence Awards and two w3Awards.
