Tim Kerrihard, Executive Director/CEO Tim has over 30 years of experience building programs, growing brands, establishing partnerships and raising charitable funds for nonprofits. His passion lies in building high-performing teams of volunteers and staff to create and execute strategies that align mission with business to accomplish an organization’s vision for impact in the community. Prior to serving as our CEO, Tim devoted 23 years to leading YMCAs in California and New Jersey. Most recently, he was Chief Development Officer at Special Olympics Pennsylvania, leading and overseeing all fundraising, communications, and marketing functions of the statewide organization. He resides in Palmyra, NJ with his wife and four children. |

Kimberley Brown-Flint , Ed.D. - Director of Programs Kimberley has over 20 years of experience in special education. Her experience has provided her an expertise in managing complex special education programs while meeting or exceeding all federal, state and district education mandates. Kimberley's passion for special education led her to Easterseals. At Easterseals she oversees all programs and services for eight counties in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Kimberley has certificates for Supervision of Special Education, Principal, Special Education, Elementary and Letter of Eligibility for Superintendent. She has her Doctor of Special Education. |

Liz Meckes, Director of Development Liz has been dedicated to telling Easterseals story to volunteers, donors, corporate partners and anyone who will listen since 2005. Starting her journey as Special Event Coordinator she worked with corporate partners to host employee engagement events, corporate fundraising events, led volunteer groups and helped our signature Walk With Me event grow from a $40,000 event to consistently reaching $100,000+. In 2014 Liz became Director of Development, overseeing a team which is responsible for all fundraising initiatives. She is proudest of, and her favorite part of her work, is building relationships with donors and volunteers. She loves to learn how people became connected to Easterseals and is passionate about sharing the impact of their support with the world. When she is not sneaking into a classroom to watch the teachers and therapists, or meeting with donors, Liz loves to unwind in Ocean City, NJ, spend time outdoors and anxiously watching the Philadelphia Phillies. |

Dan DeCarlo, CFO Dan joined Easterseals in September, 2023 after spending over 30 years in the for-profit sector in a variety of roles and industries, most recently as VP Finance for a healthcare company based in Bucks County, PA. Dan also spent several years on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of Aldersgate Youth Service Bureau, a social services agency based in Willow Grove, PA. Dan also has a relationship with Easterseals as a parent. His oldest daughter, Danielle, has multiple disabilities and was a student at the Gresh Center in Montgomery County for two years. Dan has an MBA from Drexel University and a BS in Accounting from West Chester University. |

Melanie O'Brien - Director of Communications Melanie has been with Easterseals for more than 20 years. Since she began with Easterseals, she has undertaken the evolution of Easterseals online presence including supporting the development of the website and establishing a social media presence. She works to create awareness of Easterseals programs and services through a variety of channels. During her tenure, she has overseen several successful branding campaigns. Melanie has served on several national marketing partnerships and is currently part of the Easterseals National Brand Marketing Council. |

Rebecca Ross, SPHR, SHRM-SCP - Director of Human Resources Rebecca oversees all Human Relations functions for the over 300 employees of Easterseals. Prior to Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Rebecca spent many years in both non-profit organizations and higher education. Her primary responsibilities have included recruitment, human resources special projects, compliance, and human resources generalist work. Rebecca has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. |

Adrienne Aiken - Division Director, Bucks County Adrienne has over 25 years’ experience in Early Intervention and Special Education. A native of New York City, Adrienne earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from City University of New York and a Master’s Degree and Certification in Special Education from Arcadia University. |

Danielle Franchini-Muir, MS. ED, BCBA - Division Director Delaware & Chester Counties Danielle has worked for almost twenty years supporting individuals of varying ages and abilities and their families as an educator, behavior analyst, and now division director of Delaware and Chester counties. Danielle previously oversaw the behavior support department at Easterseals for four years. She is a Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) facilitator through the Pennsylvania Positive Behavior Support (PAPBS) Network and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Her areas of expertise include Autism, Early Intervention supports, and individuals with persistent challenging behavior. |

Lisa Jackson Buck - Division Director, Philadelphia Lisa joined Easterseals in January 2024 with over 25 years in varied leadership and administrative roles in not-for-profit and for-profit industries supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health concerns. Prior to Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Lisa has served as director of residential services for intensive behavioral health populations in addition to serving in record compliance, rehabilitative counseling, child welfare services and early childhood education. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Science degree in Administration of Human Services from Chestnut Hill College. |

Joy McGowan - Director of Assistive Technology and Augmentative Communication Joy McGowan has served as a consultant to Easterseals’ Program for over 35 years. She is currently the Director of Assistive Technology and Augmentative Communication. Joy’s respect and admiration for Easterseals’ mission and staff have served as a motivation to create innovative ways to improve communication skills for the children and clients we serve. Joy has lectured and published several book chapters, papers, and webinars on the topic of developing speech and language skills for children with complex communication needs. She has specialized in oral motor and feeding difficulties in children and has published several papers on this subject. Recently, Main Line Magazine recognized Joy as a “Health Care Hero” for her work at Easterseals using technology to foster independent communication and empower people to function at home, school and work. |
