Summer camps

CampRegisterButton

After careful thought and much deliberation, we have decided not to hold our camps in person this summer and will instead offer them live online using video conferencing. The health and safety of our camp communities was the deciding factor when making this decision and is always at the forefront of our work. The way camp operates will be different, but the spirit of camp will remain the same.

We are excited about the activities planned for this new version of our camps and hope you will join us on this journey. We can’t wait to see where it takes us!

Camp will feature many of the same activities we normally do: music, arts & crafts, fitness activities, dress up days and special guests. We have a grant from Crayola to fund a guest teaching artist who will lead us through a variety of art projects. We will be taking virtual field trips and have guest speakers from places like the Da Vinci Science Center, Lehigh Valley Zoo, the fire department and more.

To ensure our camps are interactive and everyone can fully participate, Easterseals will provide activity packs for each week of camp. Most of the supplies needed for an awesome camp experience will be included. In addition, families who need a device (tablet or laptop with a webcam is preferable, but a smart phone will work) or internet connectivity should let us know. We will do what we can to assist. Camp scholarships are also available.

We are hosting online preview parties so parents and campers can meet the camp directors, ask questions, see samples of the activities and get an overview of how everything will work this year. Send us an email to sign up for one of our online preview parties:
