Vice President of Programs

Easterseals Eastern Pennsylvania is looking for an experienced program manager to join our leadership team and play a critical role in the agency’s success. The Vice President of Programs provides leadership that ensures the success of our service lines that include Early Intervention, Outpatient Therapy, Specialty Medical Clinics, Adult Community Supports, Vocational Services, and Recreational Programs. The role of this position is to lead the employees who direct the programs so that the team will achieve goals and key performance indicators for organizational growth. The VP of Programs will develop strategies to ensure that Easterseals programs are in alignment with best practice benchmarks: marketing/ positioning, service excellence/quality, operational efficiency, outcome measurement and financial performance.

Vice President of Advancement

Easterseals Eastern Pennsylvania is looking for an experienced fundraising executive to join our leadership team and play a critical role in the agency’s success. The Vice President of Advancement is the agency’s leadership fundraising position responsible for strategizing and implementing a comprehensive advancement program focused on individual and corporate donors. The Vice President of Advancement manages donor relations, designs and implements a comprehensive annual campaign, leads the Mary Ellen Golf Tournament, manages the EITC program, and facilitates the advancement committee of the board. As the chief fundraiser, this position spends considerable time visiting and stewarding donors, partners and prospects across the Lehigh Valley and Berks County. Read the full position description. Community Based Direct Support Professional

Do you enjoy helping others reach their full potential? Join us as a Community Based DSP and make a lasting impact in the lives of our consumers in the Lehigh Valley or Berks County.

Easterseals Community Based DSPs play an integral role by supporting people with disabilities in a variety of community activities. This interaction assists in the development of meaningful social and job connections in the lives of individuals with disabilities. You will work one-on-one with individuals with special needs to achieve success in volunteer activities (food bank, animal shelters, libraries, etc.), recreational opportunities (art classes, cooking lessons, etc.) and career exploration (resume preparation, etc.). A High School Diploma and prior experience supporting people with disabilities along with the ability to work in various community settings is required. You must be able to work a flexible schedule, have a valid driver’s license and have the use of a personal vehicle to transport consumers (mileage is reimbursed). Starting wage is $15 per hour.
