 How many beds are on the property?
o   We have 147 beds on the property dormitory bunk bed style

What hours is Rocky Mountain Village open?
o   Our office hours are Monday -Thursday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.

How accessible is Rocky Mountain Village?
o   We pride ourselves on how accessible our facilities are. Every building is ADA accessible including the bathrooms. There are a variety of accessible activities, some of which include, the boardwalk, zipline, swimming pool, fishing pond.

What is the lodging like?

Can Rocky Mountain Village accommodate dietary restrictions?
o   We are happy to accommodate most medical allergies, vegan/vegetarians, and religious restrictions.

Do you have medical equipment available?            
o   Yes! We have a variety of equipment available for your stay with us! We have shower chairs, toilet chairs, Hoyer lifts, and hospital beds (on a limited basis).

What activities can we do at Rocky Mountain Village?
o   There are a variety of accessible activities, some of which include the boardwalk, zipline*, swimming pool*, fishing pond. Some less handicap accessible activities include disc golf and hiking! *seasonal

Can my group come for the day?
o   Yes, we welcome all guests. We do ask that you pay a $10/person day use fee for use of the grounds/facilities.

 How does disc golfing work?              
o   For non-registered camp guests, please check in at the main office to pay the $10/player fee. There is a square code to pay by card or you can bring cash for the drop box. There will not be anybody available to make change.

What are the disc golf hours?
o   Hours are subject to change. Please check udisc for our hours. (LINK)

How far in advance should I make a reservation?
o   6-12 months out for reservations in August-October and April-May. June-July is reserved strictly for summer camp.
o   Reservations for the winter months, November-March can be made within the 6 month time frame.
o   Exclusive use may be booked 24 months out (2-night minimum)

How to book a reservation with us?

o   We will work up a contract with your preferred lodging and other needs. Then you will sign and send a 20% deposit to hold your reservation.

Will there be other groups on site?
o   Potentially. For those seeking exclusive use, we do offer an exclusive use package.

Is there heat in the lodging?

o   All of our lodging is heated. We stay pretty cool up here in the warmer months, so we do not have air conditioning.

What is the nearest town?

o   Georgetown (4 mi) – Family Dollar, Gas Stations, Restaurants/Shopping
o   Empire (1.5 mi) – Coffee Shop, Gas Stations, A few restaurants
o   Idaho Springs (8 mi)- Safeway, Gas, Restaurants/Shopping
