Senior Services

Our Senior Services offers support to seniors with limited mobility, memory impairment and physical disabilities. Easterseals Tennessee provides opportunities for seniors to engage with others and their community in meaningful ways. The services also meet the needs of families caring for an elderly parent, spouse, or relative. 

Our Services

• CHOICES -- Easterseals Tennessee has a contract with United HealthCare to provide Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) for members enrolled in TennCare's CHOICES Program. The CHOICES Program is open to seniors (ages 65 and older) with a physical disability, and can include assistance with bathing, dressing, mobility around the home, meal preparation, and household chores, among other things. 
• Polio Heroes of Tennessee -- Polio Heroes of Tennessee is a free resource and information support group for Polio survivors, their families and health care providers in the State of Tennessee and Southern Kentucky.
• Personal Assistance -- Personal assistance supplies families with one-to-one support that increases a participant's skill base to optimize their personal and social competency in order to live successfully in the community. 
• Supported Living -- ESTN provides 24 -a day, 7-day a week service for individuals with disabilities. 
• Supported Employment -- Supported Employment provides assistance to people with disabilities including individualized job development and specialized job training. 
• Camps & Recreation -- Since 1959 Easterseals Tennessee has provided recreation camping experiences for adults with physical disabilities, developmental disabilites and traumatic brain injuries.
