Will work with the program outreach coordinator to identify opportunities to collaborate with childcare centers and community organizations to promote and conduct ASQ screenings for early identification and access to programs and services. Will work with the Help Me Grow Coalition to track screening completed, results and referrals to programs. Will work with ECI team to develop a system to work with physicians and support the coordination of care from referral to services with a focus on closing the loop with the primary car/referring medical doctor and the ECI program.
